4. The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The SCIO will promote, advance and further its purposes in Clause 4.2 by: 4.1.1 providing affordable housing to individuals and families who arrive in the UK as refugees or asylum seekers. 4.2 For the purposes of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 the following charitable purposes are (i) particularly relevant and (ii) are the charitable purposes identified as applicable from section 7 of that Act:- 4.2.1 the prevention or relief of p
