PRSO — xususiy ijarada kamida 12 oylik assured shorthold tenancy. Kengash main duty (s.193) ni mos PRSO taklifi bilan yopishi mumkin. Ogʼzaki rad etmang: accept under protest + bir vaqtning oʼzida s.202(1)(f) boʼyicha review soʼrash mumkin. Kengash toʼliq main duty ni yana bajarishi shart — hatto priority need endi boʼlmasa ham. Bu muhim himoya: PRSO ni qabul qilish, agar xususiy ijara sizning aybingizsiz muvaffaqiyatsizlikka uchrasa, uysizlik yoʼlini «yoʼqotish» degani emas.

- s.193(7B) bildirishnomasini tekshiring — barcha 4 element bormi?
- Agar mulk tuman tashqarisida boʼlsa — out-of-area siyosati va Nzolameso soʼrovlarini soʼrang (qarang: /uzb/homelessness/out-of-area/)
- s.202(1)(f) boʼyicha review soʼrang qabul qilish toʼgʼrisida qaror qabul qilishdan OLDIN (s.202(1A)). «Accept under protest» + review ni davom ettirish mumkin
- Review soʼrovi muddati — bildirishnomadan 21 kun
