Activities

The main objective of Alianza Impact is to advance education (training) and facilitate empowerment programmes for minority and/or underrepresented groups or individuals, particularly migrant workers. The organisation will help them build confidence, acquire new skills and leadership qualities; help them to identify and access available resources; advance their arts, heritage, culture or science via creative media, storytelling and podcasting to elevate their marginalised voices; provide them a forum to discuss issues related to national integration, social inclusion, resilience and shared experiences; and advise Scottish Executive Agencies and Non-Departmental Public Bodies on matters relating to these minority and/or underrepresented groups or individuals.
