Relieves poverty, advances education and promotes the welfare of Ukrainian children in need, primarily but not exclusively the children of Dnipro. It supports those children and accompanying adults during the period in which they are resident in the United Kingdom or elsewhere and have, or have had, refugee status, and supports the wider Ukrainian refugee community and other organisations working to assist Ukrainian refugees in the UK or elsewhere. In practice this includes support for Ukrainian orphans displaced to Scotland after the outbreak of war in 2022 and orphans in Ukraine, with help towards accommodation and, in Ukraine, general living costs.
