Activities
Works with communities and housing providers to enable people from refugee, migrant and minority ethnic backgrounds to rebuild their lives after a crisis and successfully resettle within communities. Through a direct advocacy service and awareness raising it seeks to ensure that everyone has an equal chance to live in good quality, safe and affordable homes, free from discrimination and fear of racial and other forms of harassment and violence, with a particular focus on people from BME, refugee and migrant communities. It relieves those in need, whether by reason of financial hardship or other disadvantage, promotes religious and racial harmony, equality and diversity, advances human rights, and informs and influences those who can make change happen.
