Quest for Success helps young people disadvantaged by poverty, circumstances or a lack of prospects into work through training in work skills, CV writing and interview preparation, and access to paid apprenticeships arranged with businesses, educational institutions and government agencies. It offers guidance, mentorship and resources to build employability skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving and professionalism, provides education, training, re-training and work experience, and advocates for policies promoting youth employment and apprenticeships. Subject to referrals, it also supports the rehabilitation of ex-offenders, migrants, refugees and asylum seekers, homeless people and victims of crime or survivors of abuse, and provides specialist advice, guidance and advocacy.
