The organisation’s purposes are exclusively charitable and are for the public benefit. In particular, the organisation is established to relieve the needs of asylum seekers and refugees, especially those residing in hotel accommodation, by: (a) Advancing health through the provision of mental health and well-being support initiatives designed to improve psychological and emotional resilience. (b) The prevention or relief of poverty through the provision of essential goods, food, services, advice
