When calling the reporting centre:
"Hello. My reference number is [number]. I am calling about my reporting appointment on [date]. I [could not attend / need to reschedule] because [reason]. I want to comply with my bail conditions. What should I do?"
If pressured to come in immediately:
"I understand. I will speak to my solicitor first before coming. Please give me your name and a reference number for this call. I will call back."
